'Music For The Climb' is a five track 'companion EP' to Tin Can Audio's experimental audio fiction concept album 'The Tower'. The idea behind this release was to accompany the listener on their own journey up the Tower, trying to communicate the sheer scale of its structure ('Ziggurat', 'Waypoint') as well as instil a sense of stillness and quiet determination ('Campfire', 'Torchlight').

''The Tower' was originally written during a time when I felt very isolated and alone. Since the release of the series I've realised the world of 'The Tower', in particular its music, has become a place for me to wander when I need to process or work something out. This wandering led to 'Music For The Climb', a small collection of music that is mostly improvised & slightly meandering with loose thematic connections to the original series. I hope it helps someone the way putting the series together has helped me.'
